What we collect

Birthdash stores only what you provide: your email, username, and the birthday/event data you enter. We don't use tracking scripts, analytics, or third-party cookies.

How we use your data

• Your email is used for account verification and birthday reminders
• Birthday data is used to show countdowns and send notifications
• We don't sell, share, or monetize your personal data

Email notifications

If you enable notifications, we'll send birthday reminders to your verified email address. You can disable these at any time from your settings.

Data storage

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. We use industry-standard encryption for passwords (Argon2) and secure connections (HTTPS).

Your rights

You can export all your data from the settings page at any time. If you want your account deleted, contact us and we'll remove everything.

Third-party services

• Resend - for sending emails (verification, password reset, reminders)
• Railway - for hosting the application and database
